NEXUS, a highly anticipated high rise tower in the Denny Triangle, broke ground this past Tuesday, March 14th.

This 41-story project, as highlighted in a recent Curbed article, is slated to be one of the first high tech, rise rises to join the Seattle skyline. The developers, Burrard Group, have seamlessly integrated many high tech, home automation features within the condominiums.
