This property was listed on October 24th for $427,500 and received multiple offers before going under contract 4 days later. My Buyer-Clients won the deal, which included a $2,500 Seller credit to Buyer. Our offer was not the highest in price. However, our contract terms, my lender and my reputation were the Sellers' best option.

This house is located in north Burien close to 509 highway with excellent access to Seattle and Sea-Tac airport. The Sellers updated the home recently for themselves, but their plans changed. This was the best most inexpensive home sale of 2019. Moreover, I believe the market value is $450,000 to $475,000.
